Terms & Conditions
1. I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Holistic Wellness Course (‘Program’) organized by Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur (the ‘Organiser’) and take full responsibility for my participation, including any associated risks.
2. I understand that the Program involves activities including but not limited to yoga, physical exercise, and other related activities. I confirm that I am in suitable physical and mental health to participate in these activities.
3. I acknowledge that the Program is not a substitute for clinical or medical treatment. In the event of any physical or mental health concerns, I will consult a qualified healthcare provider as needed.
4. I acknowledge that any assurances, stories, or testimonials shared before or during the Program do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding my experience during or after the Program.
5. In consideration of my participation in the Program, I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Organiser, its teachers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in the Program, including any claims due to negligence.
6. I acknowledge that all content, course materials and techniques (collectively, ‘Content’) shared during the Program are the property of the Organiser and are protected by law. I agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, distribute, or exploit for any commercial purposes or otherwise any portion of the Content without express written consent from the Organiser.
7. I agree to adhere to the guidelines and instructions throughout my participation in the Program. I understand that failure to do so may result in my removal from the Program without a refund. I confirm that I shall abide by the culture and rules applicable to the Ashram as found under the ‘Ashram Culture’ section of the ‘Plan a Visit’ section of the Organiser’s website, available here.
8. Cancellation Policy: I understand that once registered for the program, a no-cancellation policy applies and I shall not be entitled to any refund of the Program fee. However, I may transfer my registration to another course date a maximum of two times, subject to availability and program terms.
9. I acknowledge that the organiser reserves the right to change the course date or cancel the program up to 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. In the event of such a change or cancellation, I understand that a full refund for the program fees will be issued to me. Any dispute arising from the Program or related use of this website will be resolved through arbitration in Dharampur, District: Valsad, Gujarat under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.
